To change your delivery address or reschedule, contact our Customer Care team using your registered phone number or email associated with your account. If your order is already shipped, changing the address might not be possible. Please note that address changes may cause delivery delays and additional charges. To cancel your order, simply go to 'My Orders' on the website, view the specific order, and select the 'Cancel Order' option. Cancellations are only possible before shipping, and refunds are processed within 5-14 business days. If your order has already been shipped, contact us for assistance.

We understand that you might not always be available for deliveries, and we're here to help! We offer up to three delivery attempts across the UAE to ensure your order reaches you. If you've missed all attempts or would like to schedule a delivery at a time that suits you, please contact our customer care team via WhatsApp or send us an email with your order number and preferred delivery details. You can find all the contact options on our 'Contact Us' page. Please note that after the third delivery attempt, any additional delivery charges will need to be covered by the customer.
