At Godon, we aim to provide a seamless shopping experience, whether you’re ordering within the UAE or from other countries in the region. We offer reliable international delivery to select destinations.

Delivery Options & Costs

For UAE Deliveries:

  • Standard Delivery: 20 AED - Receive your order within 1-2 business days after processing. Free delivery on orders over 500 AED.

No additional customs duties or taxes apply for UAE deliveries.

For International Deliveries:

Shipping costs for international orders are calculated at checkout based on the destination and package size.

Delivery times vary based on the destination, typically between 5-10 business days. Shipping costs are displayed during checkout.

Customs duties, taxes, and import fees (if applicable) will be charged by the carrier upon delivery and must be covered by the recipient.

Order Processing & Delivery Times

Orders placed before 2 PM (UAE time) are processed the same day. Orders placed outside of our business hours (9 AM - 6 PM, Monday through Saturday) or during public holidays will be processed the next working day.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Tracking Your Order

To track your order, visit the "My Orders" section on our website or app. If you checked out as a guest, use the "Track My Order" option available on the website.

Missed Your Delivery?

For UAE deliveries, we offer up to three attempts to ensure your package reaches you. If you miss all three attempts, any additional delivery charges will need to be covered by the customer. For international orders, please contact our customer care team if there are any issues with delivery.

To reschedule your delivery or update the delivery address, reach out to our customer care team via WhatsApp or email with your order number and preferred delivery details.

Modify Your Order

Change of Address: If you need to change your delivery address, contact our Customer Care team promptly. Please note that address changes after shipping may result in delivery delays or additional charges.

Order Cancellation or Modification: Orders cannot be modified or cancelled after they have been dispatched. To cancel your order before dispatch, visit the "My Orders" section on the website. Refunds for cancelled orders are processed within 5-14 business days. If your order has already been dispatched, please contact us for further assistance.
